1. Verify the company and factory identity

Start with facts that can be matched across documents: the legal company name, registered address, factory address, business email and the entity shown on invoices or certificates. A trading name may be useful for marketing, but the buyer should know which legal company accepts the order and warranty responsibility.

Ask for a live video factory tour or a recent production-floor walkthrough. The goal is not to count every machine on camera. It is to confirm that the supplier can show assembly, inspection, packing and the people responsible for technical support. 2. Match every quotation to an exact model

These are planning references, not a promise for every configuration, so the final schedule must be confirmed on the proforma invoice.

5. Test the after-sales process before ordering
