1. Incoming-material inspection
Incoming inspection should compare housings, screens, handles, cables, connectors and other key parts with the production requirement. The goal is to detect obvious mismatch, damage or wrong specification before the parts enter assembly.
- Correct housing color and model-related components.
- No visible shipping or storage damage.
- Required electrical and connection parts available.
- OEM materials separated and identified for the correct order.
2. Semi-finished-product inspection
During assembly, technicians should check connections, component placement, cable routing, ventilation, screen operation and relevant water or cooling circuits. This stage is easier for correcting internal issues than waiting until the cabinet is fully closed.
For customized orders, confirm the interface, software language, logo location and shell color before the complete batch is finished.
3. Finished-product inspection
Testing should follow the supported model specification. A generic “function OK” video is less useful than evidence tied to the exact order.
4. Evidence a distributor can request
- Machine serial or order reference visible without exposing customer data.
- Short power-on and interface video.
- Photos of handles, accessories and packing list.
- Voltage, plug and logo confirmation.
- Carton, wooden case or flight-case photos before dispatch.
For privacy, shipping labels, customer names, phone numbers and documents should not be published on public pages.
5. Packing and release
FQBeauty uses cartons, wooden cases and flight cases according to product and route. Before release, compare the carton count, packing dimensions and gross weight with the quotation or proforma invoice. Confirm whether courier, air, sea, railway or an eligible DDP route is being used.
